Longer than seven days US$45 per night
Second Floor Suite US$80 per night

The entire apartment for $175/ night

Services included are: high speed internet
connection WiFi through out the apt. & ethernet connections in each bedroom & studio, cable TV, International Voip
Phone to the U.S. & P.R. only and land line telephone for local calls only. There is a CD Stereo player in the common
space. No vcr or CD movie player available, many guests use their lap top for that purpose.
Also, included is house keeping service once per week, more than once per week is 30,000 cop per day. Laundry service
is available at a low cost to the house keeper.
Advance payment for rooms plus a 10% security deposit will
be paid with Pay Pal and deposit returned when you leave.
Pay Pal payment is required to hold reservation.
The total amount and instructions for Pay Pal paymnt will be sent to you when you email your reservation dates to us. A charge or debit card (Visa or M.C.) or pay pal account can be used to pay for the rooms.
